Manu 190506 tests rebased

Deployment test, each dockerfile deploy a version of Ubuntu and compiles
and installs the tools, drivers and binary files of WR-starting-kit

Preliminary deployment test using only spec-sw

- correct error in fiber delay
- correct reference to wrpc
- correct ref to fmc-bus

ssk_components image replaced

pandoc tool is needed to (re-)generate this document

  * Remove appendix
  * Update FAQ

TODO: calibration values does not correspond to this release

Also correct bad error message when removing kernel modules

Adding extra to depmod.conf search path in order to force looking at our
installed modules

- Instalation can now be done with ubuntu 14.04

- new image with changes in channel
- move new image to img/ folder
- add graphml source image

- This function print all the information needed
- Call the Makefile (clean, update, install)
- Add report.log to the gitignore
