Notes:

1. KiCad produces PDF output that is rotated. To de-rotate use:
$ pdftk SCH_pda2017.04.pdf cat 1-endeast output out.pdf

2. the BOM_Wizard won't work with the node(js) version that 
comes with Ubuntu 16.04LTS. Need to manually install a newer version of node:
https://nodejs.org/en/download/package-manager/#debian-and-ubuntu-based-linux-distributions
