FMC Connector Tester board
The FMC Connector Tester board is an FMC Mezzanine card that can be used to test the correct mounting of FMC connectors in FMC carrier boards. In particular, it will be used in the production test of the different FMC carriers that are developed at CERN.
System specifications
- Capable of testing all signal and power supply lines in Low Pin Count (LPC) FMC connectors
- 83 programmable IOs wired to general purpose FPGA pins
- High speed digital crosspoint for loopback testing of gigabit links and high speed clock lines
- 8-channel ADC for checking supply voltages
- Usable on CERN developed FMC Carriers (PFC, VFC and SPEC)
