hw: Final clean-up before prototype production

- Add more stitching vias - Reduce copper planes clearance to 6 mils (was 10) - Add copper pour keepouts to avoid antennas - Undo copper plane on battery negative pin to fuel gauge (following datasheet layout recommendations).
