Capacitor V-Ratings

To increase the reliability, derating guidelines for different component categories suggest Applied/Rated voltage:

  • Ceramic capacitors <=0.5
  • Electrolytic <= 0.8
  • ...

e.g. Birolini - Reliability Enginneering – Theory and Practice

I attach a table with some ceramic ones which can be improved on that aspect, especially some 22uF, 1uF and the 100nF are up to a ratio of 0.8. I also add some potential alternatives.

Let me know if it is feasible or if there are any constraints, I'm happy to discuss.
