[gw-v2.0] Adjust max. pulse duty cycle
It was seen on one board before that the output stage fails even at the previously-set max. pulse duty cycle of 1/5, considering 1.2us pulses at the input. Due to this, it was decided to down-grade this pulse duty cycle even further, to make sure the output stage of the converter board is safe and no hardware damage occurs to it.
After several calculations based on NXP AN10273, it was established that a duty cycle of 1/20 should be safe for the output stage. This will further be downgraded 10 times, to account for when the operating temperature is higher.
The resulting max. duty cycle will be 1/200, and this will be enforced by adjusting the length of time spent in the pulse rejection state of the pulse generator component.
The issue will be solved in gateware v2.1.
