g_with_thermometer unused

The g_with_thermometer generic, though correctly declared in the entity declaration of the top-level conv_common_gw module, is unused inside the architecture of the module. This results in the one-wire master always being instantiated and synthesized in hardware, which defeats the purpose of the generic.

In a future version of conv_common_gw, this issue should be solved.
