OHR page - Direct links to licence texts are very ugly and unusable

It should be possible to point directly to one of the variants of the licence, e.g to report in a document that it is licensed under CERN-OHL-W v2 [1].

The links to a specific licence text or the corresponding Guide [2] are very ugly and unusable. Furthermore even the slightest modification of a document (e.g correcting a typo) would require a new link.

Find a way that these files have a clean URL, in the style of

Alternatively, each licence may have its own wiki page.
