FAQ - make clear that -W should not be used for PCBs

Related to https://ohwr.org/project/cernohl/wikis/faq#q-what-are-all-these-suffixes

"For example, if you release HDL files under CERN-OHL-S".

One question is why HDL is used as example (which is a rather complicated use case (likely not understood by many mechanical engineers), while actually most users of OHL will use it for mechanical or electronics designs.

The reason is that "W is a bit meaningless for PCBs", so PCB cannot be used in the examples.

However, if W is meaningless for PCBs, it should be made very clear that PCB designers should not even consider this option, and the reason why. This is so important that maybe already at the level of the first introduction of the three options it should be made clear. If this is not clear, one may end up finding in the field many PCB designs using W as the designers are not specialists on licensing and would not have understood the detail (note 1).

Is W meaningless only for PCBs, or are there similar cases for mechanics or other fields?
Note that the examples should also reflect well the use for PCBs and mechanics.

Note 1) A bit like having seen a design intended to be Open to use CC-BY-NC-SA.
Nothing wrong with BY (Attribution) and SA (Share-Alike), but NC is incompatible with open source as it prevents any licensee from making products and selling them based on that design.
